When you don't accept debate or proposal, that happens!
They made the law for the government themselves, boasted about it, accepted neither comments nor amendments. Now they don't want to apply it themselves!
In fact, as they have made that law, it is at least foolish that there is no constitutional logic, no institutional logic for the prime minister and ministers to resign.
