The United States Embassy in Kosovo has commemorated former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright on the anniversary of his death.
In memory, the American Embassy cited its bold leadership in relation to the Balkans, and specifically Kosovo, reports Periscope.
The life of Madeleine Albright was the personification of the American dream and its courageous leadership in the Balkans saved countless lives. Kosovo's progress is an ongoing tribute to its” heritage, said in the US Embassy's post at X.
The US Embassy recalled that in the US, the State Secretary is “the nation's highest diplomat” ♫ “person responsible for implementing the president's foreign policy, strengthening diplomatic relations worldwide, and managing a major global labour force”.
Albright died on March 23rd 2022, at the age of 84.
