A statue erected long ago in Durres' Taulantia mall has disappeared. This is the statue of rock singer Tina Turner, who was built in an urban art complex in this city, along with three other music icons: John Lennon, Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison.
It is not yet known who has stripped and kidnapped the statue, while allegedly the event occurred during the past night.
Police are expected to clear up the event and put the authors in charge.
