The AARC says the timely creation of new institutions would reaffirm Kosovo's state-building capacities and political maturity, leading to a powerful nationwide signal and international factor.
“Since the global political environment is evolved rapidly, it is of primary importance, that Kosovo institutions, to be fully consolidated and prepared to address immediate and long-term challenges”, is said to be further in the Council's response, broadcast Periscope.
This council stresses, among other things, that the new government should take a pro-active approach to advancing Kosovo's position, writes Klankosova.tv.
“This, including all reasonable efforts in the direction of removing EU punitive measures and presenting a clear strategic plan to the United States of America to encourage continued economic and political investments in Kosovo”.
“Since the United States remains Kosovo's closest and most vital ally, the new government must also have a priority strengthening its presence and influence in Washington, D.C. This requires expanding Kosovo's diplomatic representation, the commitment of high-level lobby organisations, as well as ensuring regular high-level meetings with the new US administration. Kosovo's presence in Washington has been significantly reduced in recent years, while a co-ordinated effort to restore its visibility and importance in the US agenda is more than necessary”, said further in response.
