Alban Zogaj charged with slandering Dejona Mihalin

Zogaj says the indictment has made after serious and groundless accusations VV activist has made against him.

I have submitted to the Pristina Foundation Court today the slander indictment against Dejona Mihali, VV activist, following the serious and baseless charges she has filed against me, among other things. She has falsely accused me of manipulation of diaspora vote, a pure slander aimed at damaging my integrity and citizens' confidence in the election process”, reports Periscope.

Zogaj says he believes in the honesty of the democratic process.

I believe in the honesty of the democratic process and will not allow anyone to spread slander for political purposes. Therefore, through this indictment, I am defending not only my dignity but also the principle that elections should be clean and fair, protected by any attempt to manipulate or discredit by slander.
