Full response:
Pristina, 20 March 2025 The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development exposes the article published by the medium Koha Vision with the title “The state paid 66 thousand euros to remove furniture from the building where it had headquarters The AAK, broadcast on March 19, 2025, as well as published at the official time portal.net. News/store presented by journalist Sonny Jusuf has not reflected the full actual state and distorted the real facts, making it news, false news!
We ask the editorial to distance itself from this false news, which manipulates facts and misinterprets public opinion. Videos accomplished, they're footage taken from spaces that weren't part of the renovation contract.
Next, we provide chronologically the facts about the project “The renovation of the MBPZR facility in Ulpiana for the already used part of the MBPZR”:
With the verdict of the date 08.07.24, to hand over keys to the MBPZR object, the commission, consisting of the two members of the MBPZR and a representative from the AAK, realised the admission of keys to the MBPZR object, which by this date was in use by the political subject Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, based on a contract.
In order to accommodate officials of the Agency for Agriculture Development in this facility, which is UKPZR property, and to avoid unnecessary rent expenses, the procurement procedure for selecting the company that would renew the facility has been initiated. This, in order to create suitable working conditions, has been delivered to a miserable state. (Attaining the facts through the photos.
Before the tender procedure for upgrading the object was opened, MBPHR employed economic operator “Primo Studio”, which was obliged to draft the executive project according to Article 28, LPP's 10 paragraph 10, projective designs, as well as prismony and prillague based on market analysis and research for necessary renovations. The documents were handed over to two physical and electronic copies.
After professional suggestions, the “renovation of the MBPZR object in Ulpiana” was initiated. Work has also been implemented under this project, while through photos/evidence, it can be seen that cleaning and turning the object to zero before the launch of the renovation, which included:
Kulmin, including complete isolation;
The doors and windows;
Sunship joints and baths;
The floor?
Energy grid;
Central warming and Internet network, etc.
Meanwhile, the need for an annex-contract arose due to three necessary positions, as follows:
1. During the roof covering with tin, the designer had erred in measuring length, measuring about 50 meters [50 m] less.
2. After the collapse of office ceilings, the partitioning walls and corridors were not stable, as movement and cracks were seen. Thus, it became necessary to reinforce steel - angled walls to stabilize them.
3. Offices and corridors were initially planned to be levelled and limeed, but because of cracks, it became necessary to set up a net layer and mallwashing.
In view of the above, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Rural Development requires that your medium remove the article/story published on March 19, 2025, and publish this reaction in all official channels where the news has been distributed.
Moreover, we ask that facts and related evidence be published with this reaction.
For your announcement, we as an institution will file complaints to the highest media body, the Kosovo Council of Written Media.
