Police on Thursday morning have launched the operation for the suspect's arrest following investigations into co-operation with the Founding Prosecutor in Prizren and a team by the Directorate of Crime organised by the Police Directorate General - Pristina. Police on Thursday morning have launched the operation for the suspect's arrest following investigations into co-operation with the Founding Prosecutor in Prizren and a team by the Directorate of Crime organised by the Police Directorate General - Pristina.
According to police, the suspect has taken advantage of a non-professional amount of what he lent.
“suspect E. K., a male, 28-year-old with the aim of illegal wealth gains, contracts a substantial amount of property in exchange for debt, exploiting the victim's serious financial situation, charges the victim with monthly interest, interest exceeding 100,000 (a hundred thousand) Euro”, says the PK report.
During the police operation, the suspect's residence in Prizren has been searched, as well as evidence seized linking them to criminal acts.
Suspect is in custody for 24 hours.
