Ukraine's president issued a harsh warning, saying Russia may be preparing an act of aggression against NATO members early next year. Speaking at the Munich Security Conference on Friday, Volodymyr Zelensky said the attack could come from Belarus.
Russia is preparing for a major military escalation, potentially targeting NATO countries early next year, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
Speaking at Munich Security Conference on Friday, he pointed specifically to Belarus as a starting point for a possible future attack. Zelensky said Kiev “clearly understands what the Russians will do with Belarus”.
Russia is preparing 15 divisions. About 100-150,000 troops are being trained to exacerbate the situation in the direction of Belarus”, Zelensky said.
I'm not sure if they will attack Ukraine, but they will attack. Maybe Ukraine, maybe Poland, maybe the Baltic Land”.
Ukraine's president said EU politicians are the highly concerned “for the US response and possible support in the event of an attack.
Meanwhile, after this statement at Munich Conference, US Vice President JD Vance also spoke, who said he believes that “can reach a reasonable solution between Russia and Ukraine”, writes The Guardian.
