In the news issued to the media, two of them are suspected citizens and a citizen of northern Macedonia reportedly in the case.
The same are allegedly aimed at illegally benefiting property for themselves or the other person, misusing the bank cards of foreign citizens and local POS terminals of local banks, and in this case consuming criminal work “issuing checks without cover or false and misusing bank or credit folders”.
In terms of material evidence quality, they have been found and seized: POS terminals, bank cards, modified bank cards, cash ready, SIM folders, stamps with business inscriptions, computers, mobile phones, and relevant documents (facult, fiscal coupons, etc.) that connect to criminal work.
With the decision of the competent prosecutor, the three suspects were arrested and the same were detained for 48 hours, until the case is in further investigative process.
