Chairman PDK Memli Krasniqi has said he has congratulated all parties on the election outcome, except for the VV.
“I haven't been able to call Albie Kurt since I have communication with him. He left for early elections tonight and agreed to my request. S.H.I.E.'s got the key, kept the 9's, and the result was”.
