Thaci's lawyer urges court to pronounce measure of disobedience to witness Tara

Hashim Thaci's lawyer, Nina Tavakoli, demanded from the court that witnesses Ismet Tara be pronounced a measure of disobedience with the reasoning that if otherwise, it could set precedent for witnesses to come to The Hague and not give evidence.
