Artan Behram surprised everyone.
The candidate for MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), who for the first time competed for a seat in the assembly, has won over 23 thousand votes.
In fact, after the count of 90% of the vote, Behram numbers 23 thousand and 241 votes, leaving behind old PDK figures -- former Kosovo Assembly deputies such as Xhavit Haliti and Hajdar Beqa.
Behram ranks 15th and most votes to the PDK.
