SPAK says that Xoxa for a period of about 4 years has made online purchases that consist of dress, jewelry and so on, to the extent of 86,721,175 dollars, which do not result in declared spending.
Besides being described above, the Special Prosecutor against Corruption and Organised Crime has provided sufficient evidence to conclude that State A. X., itself or through other people close to him for a period of about 4 years, has made online purchases that consist in clothing, jewelry, etc., to the tune of 86,721,175. These expenses did not result in any of the Tirana Mayor's Periodical Declarations, as well as persons linked to it”, - said among other things in the SPAK's announcement.
