Former Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu has congratulated the 17th anniversary of Kosovo's independence, saying the country has managed to fulfil the ambition for free state.
Kosovo is a fulfillment of ambitions, love or will to arrive to demonstrate as free state”, he said in RTK.
Sejdiu has sought increased caution in relation to state attitudes towards the international arena.
“In dialogue to reflect interest which crosses party borders. If a political elite corresponds to party borders, it is dangerous if the other side is left, not for votes, but for development issues”, said Sejdiu, who in 2008 was president at the time Kosovo declared independence.
