Sali Berisha: Requesting delay in diaspora registration deadline

Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has expressed his concern over the diaspora vote during a conference to reporters from the blue headquarters. He said the adoption of an act by parliament that allows Albanians abroad to vote with expired documents has come just five days before the census ended.
Berisha: Yesterday, parliament adopted an act just five days before the census deadline ends, in which it allows Albanian citizens abroad to vote with expired documents.
Rama responds to Berisha's accusations: Angel Agatchi is not seeking justice in Italy
First, I call on all Albanians abroad to do everything that has been left over for four days, to multiply the number of Albanians abroad who will vote on May 11th, and to become historical contributors to the overthrow of the first and only narcotics in Europe, Edi Rama's narcotics.
Their vote has a definite significance.
Second, I request, and we will officially apply to the CEC to delay the registration deadline after this act has come out very, very, very late.
So this act, voted only five days before registration deadlines, de facto makes it uncompliable in the sense that even announcing the adoption of this act is a very flawed announcement.
So I'm asking for the registration deadline.
And recently I'm looking, and I'm sending to the Constitutional Court, respecting the equality of Albanian citizens wherever they are. The validity of expired documents for both citizens in Albania and abroad.
They have no right to make this major discrimination except for the fobis by the vote of Albanian citizens.
This is a shameful act and we will do anything for Albanian citizens to be considered equal before the law.
