A final meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will depend on the progress made towards ending the war in Ukraine, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said. Trump is making efforts to end the war, although his tactics have alarmed European and Ukrainian governments, since they worry that Russia and the US can agree on an agreement that bypasss their security interests, REL reports.
On February 19th, Trump shocked Ukraine and the European allies when calling it President Voldymyr Zelensky a “dicator” and wrongly blamed Ukraine for starting the war.
