Requesting detention for the person suspected of killing Bekim Vary, who was declared missing at Ferizaj

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Department of Internal Crimes, has announced today that he has sought from the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure to suspects F.L., from the village of Ult-Comuna Ferizaj, due to suspicion of the criminal act “The string of serious divorce” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

 

 

According to the prosecution, there is suspicion that on the date of 23,01,2025, in the afternoon, in the mountains of the town of the Manastirrc of the Ferizaj municipality, the defendant F.L., cruelly and for reasons still unknown, has deprived life of the B.V. victim, and the same then buried the victim in a mountain country with the intention of hiding and digging up the tracks and leaving the scene, while on the date of 05.0225 of several Manastrc village people found the body of the BV. With which he would commit criminal work “grave murder” Article 173 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.4 of KPRK.

The defendant F.L., since February 5, 2025, with the State Prosecutor's decision, is under the 48-hour ban on high-profile criminal acts.
