Prime Minister Edi Rama has again called on immigrants to return and invest at home.
Rama responded to a citizen in “address book Sy”, which says he works in Greece and pays 1,000 euros, while in Albania he was paid 25 thousand dollars”.
Edi Rama: She's been paying $250,000 in Albania for a long time. And the second salary is what it looks like, but there are taxes, so you know 57% of salaries in Albania have no taxes, while 36% of them have 4-10% taxes. But only salaries over 1300 euros have a tax of over 10%. In tourism and construction in Albania you get as much in Greece and pay less tax, while when you're out of your city, even sleeping, the company pays you food.
This explains the return of those who have started to come to work in tourism or those who invest in outdoor agriculture because it gets better. The third time in pie's cake is no longer the world today, nor is Europe, the cost of living has increased so much that there are no more savings as once, we all know that.
Each one takes a good look at his options and decides whether to return fully or in part or invest here and stay there.
They're all struggling, and from all of this they find to the people who've returned or turned their eyes to Albania. In a few years we will be EU members, everything will change, but who today will give themselves the opportunity to win more than before with EU entry, everything will become the same as anywhere else.
