Journalist Freedom Mehmetaj has commented on the letter that the Prime Minister's Office has returned to the Constitutional Court in Pristina today.
He has suggested that the government has served with a great untruth on paper.
According to him, in response to the prime minister's office it is claimed that the Supreme Court has rejected any allegations of criminal acts in the case of state reserves.
In his account in “Facebook”, Mehmetaj has never written such a thing.
That the government of Vetevendosje works completely with lies and half the truth that now is not news. However, it remains absolutely unbelievable to me how a mother's face is used even in official communication with the prime minister with institutions. In an answer that the prime minister's office has sent to the Court for failing to interview the prime minister says: “For moremore, we ask the respected Court for attention on the fact that the prime minister is invited to testify in the case of state reserves investigated, as presented by the Special Prosecutor related to whom the Supreme Court has rejected any allegations of criminal acts exercised through misuse of official authority or other<2>.”, Mehmetaj wrote, exposing this claim of the prime minister's office.
This is absolutely amazing. The Supreme Court has never dismissed claims of criminal theft. The opposite. The Supremee has simply decided that there is no need to be held in custody by the Ministry's two officials, because investigations and process can continue even by being in freedom. There, below, even news from Calco.com. I chose these, because these are entrusted to the government”, he wrote.
