Dear citizens of Kosovo,
Today is D-Day of Democracy. Who hasn't come out to vote yet, go as soon as possible. Ask all relatives and friends if they've voted, and give them this order of mine to go vote immediately if they haven't. Less than the next two hours, until 7:00, are crucial for more than four years!
