Marco RubioAmerican Secretary of State. Considered a foreign policy hawk, he was confirmed in that role last month.
Mike WaltzNational security advisor. A military and long-standing Trump veteran.
Steve WhitcoffSent to the Middle East. Trump's personal friend, golf buddy and real estate developer billionaire
From the Russian side:
Sergei LavrovRussian Foreign Minister. Lavrov, 72, has represented Vladimir Putin's Russia on the international stage for more than 20 years.
Yuri UsshakovPutin's foreign policy adviser. He served earlier as Russia's ambassador to the US.
And at the top of the table are Saudi hostess:
