The photo banner of chief terrorist Radicic appears on Leposaviqi's hill, the same was presented three years ago.

After midnight in Leposaviq, a banner with the figure of the chief terrorist who carried out the attack on Zvecan Banjska, Milan Radojicic, whose birthday has been congratulated. In the same place where a large cross is located, Radoic had threatened security institutions, saying he returned to the north where after this presentation, Kosovo Police attacked the Kosovo Police following the decision on license plates by the Kosovo government.

Its final presentation was in 2022, from which it conveyed a threatening message.

And three years later, the chief terrorist who organized the attack on Zvecan Banjska where Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed again, but this time through a resident at the same location on Leposaviqi Hill.

Some Serbs there celebrated his birthday, where these fireworks were lit.

In a video distributed on the telegram network, Milan Radojicic is heard sending messages to Serbian citizens, as if they will return.

In this case, the deputy police director for the north region, Veton Elshani, says they will begin investigations, though, the situation in the north continues to remain calm.

And what we can do is confirm that the security situation in the north of the country is calm is delicate, but there are cases where such events happen to them in case we have information we take action for us especially from intelligence, because there are many cases when they celebrate different people's birthdays, different x-rays in the name of someone who's behind the criminal background for us, said Elshani.

Security expert Arben Dashevci says this is the initiative launched by Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.

His “Exponents did in my opinion the same work that no longer has any chance in the Republic of Kosovo, neither theoretical nor practical, because the Kosovo Police there and all security organs with the first and second reacter you have formatted”, he said.

He calls it propaganda and hybrid warfare.

I see this as a continuation of their propaganda, because their banners have always been in advance of their very few remaining pieces, there were and there are few. This is the continuation of hybrid war”, Dashvci said.

The Law and Security Institutions have repeatedly demanded the handover of Milan Radojicic from Serbia following the September 24th attack on Zvecan Banjska, which is still at large in Belgrade.
