Pavarim's independence, that's how many names were given to girls and boys

The February 17th 2008 declaration of independence is considered one of the most important dates of Kosovo's history. According to the Kosovo Statistics Agency, the Pristina and Ferizaj regions are those where the name “Independence” has become more popular, while “Independence” is the most present in the Prizren and Ferizaj region. This phenomenon shows that citizens symbolically link their identity to this important period for the country, showing pride and respect for Kosovo's gained independence.
On February 17th, Kosovo's Assembly met at an extraordinary session, and at 15:45 minutes he declared Kosovo independent and sovereign state. Then Prime Minister Hashim Thaci read the Declaration of Independence. /kp
