The delegation will be in Kosovo from 7 February to 10 February, has been announced by PACE.
“Delegation will meet with leaders and representatives of the main political parties, with leaders and members of the Central Election Commission with the chief editor of the EU's election monitoring mission, as well as the Independent Media Commission, with representatives of media and civil society, before observing the vote on February 9th”, the report said.
A representative of the Venice Commission ? A group of independent legal experts from the Council of Europe will offer legal advice during the monitoring mission of parliamentary elections.
