This decision has been taken in order to facilitate the registration of these voters. This decision has been taken in order to facilitate the registration of these voters.
The CEC has functional the online platform: https://vpnv.kqz-x.org/
According to the CEC, voters with special needs include these categories:
1. People with limited illness or ability because they cannot leave home;
2. Those with limited movement in institutions, such as hospitals, homes for the elderly and shelters;
3. People under particular circumstances who cannot go to the polls for security reasons or are under house arrest.
To enable the voting of registered persons with special needs, the CEC will engage mobile teams in every municipality of the Republic of Kosovo on February 9th 2025.
