By Monday, votes from diaspora, conditional and persons with special needs will be counted

CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said that after the completion of all procedures, which are the scan of the voter's list signed at the regular pollings aimed at comparing voters from conditional polls, the rating of balloting from voting outside Kosovo, The CEC will begin counting on bail votes, votes of persons with special needs and votes from votes outside Kosovo.

He announced that the number of ballot envelopes from conditional polling is 12 thousand and 801, which will also undergo verification, meanwhile, the number of votes of persons with special needs is 2 thousand and 597 votes.

Asked about the other procedures, after completing the count at 38 Community Counting Centre, he showed, election polling materials, including the voter list in which the voters who have voted are signed, are sent to the Counting and Results Centre.

One of the jobs done at this centre is also scanning the voter list signed at 2 thousand and 533 regular locations on Election Day. Scanning the voter's list of regular deployments is necessary before we start counting votes from conditional polling, because it helps us to make sure that no one has voted twice, at regular deployment and at a conditional location. Once these processes are carried out, the number of votes on bail could begin, the votes of persons with special needs and votes from votes outside Kosovo”, he clarified.
