Marathon comes to an end: CEC announces vote count completed

After much trouble and technical problems since February 9th, today the Central Election Commission has announced that they have completed counting the votes of candidates for MPs and verifying the votes of political subjects, writes Periscope. “in 38 Municipal Counting Centres, the Central Election Commission has offered full transparency of the [...] process.
“In 38 Municipal Counting Centres, the Central Election Commission has offered full transparency of the counting process by presenting on screen the work of each counting team, including the view of balloted balloting met in polls by voters and the creation of digital forms”, said in the statement.

Count completes in the Municipal Counting Centers
The Central Election Commission reports that Friday evening, February 21st, 2025, has completed the process of counting the votes of candidates for MPs and verifying the votes of political subjects from forms completed at the polls on February 9th 2025.
At 38 Municipal Counting Centres, the Central Election Commission has offered full transparency of the counting process by presenting on screens the work of every counting team, including the viewing of ballots filled out by voters and the creation of digital forms.
During this period, the number of regular locations that have been counted is 2,533, in which the Kosovo Assembly Elections were held on February 9, 2025.
In the Municipal Counting Centre, in addition to the voting process of candidates for MPs, the verification of votes of political subjects from the forms that have been completed in the polls after the vote count for political subjects has been made.
Following the counting and verification process that was conducted at the Municipal Counting Centres, the CEC has published electronic platform https://s outputs2025.net, in which results have been published for political subjects and candidates for MPs. The results from remaining polling will also be published on this platform.
And in order to increase transparency, The CEC has started with publishing results forms for political subjects and candidates from the Republic of Kosovo elections held on February 9th 2025.
These forms have been completed at the Municipal Counting Centre during the voting-counting process of candidates for MPs and verifying the results of political subjects from polling forms.
Publicising KKN forms according to municipalities is a continuous process. After counting, the completed forms are scanned and the same are gradually published on the CEC Web site.
