Kosovo's acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has said our success is the legacy of martyrs.
“Democracy requires strong institutions, without institutions guaranteeing human rights, democracy remains an idea alone. Our Republic remains stronger, the economy is growing year after year, with the passport of the Republic moving freely and we are an honor to the safest countries. Our results are the testimony of our joint progress”, he said.
He has congratulated citizens for the 17th anniversary of independence.
“Hurme 17th anniversary of Independence. As we celebrate, we proudly remember our long journey to freedom and independence”, Kurti said.
Our constitution is really new, but culture is that of an ancient people and autochthons, deeply rooted in our glorious history. We today honor all those who sacrificed and sacrificed for our freedom”, he said.
