Voting is also allowed at voters' polls with expired ID documents of the Republic of Kosovo, for regular elections for the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, to be held on February 8th and February 9th 2025, CEC spokesman Valmir Elesi has confirmed the news.
“The Central Election Commission, in accordance with the authorisations given to Article 63, 64 paragraph and Article 90 of Law No.08/L-228, for the General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as Article 41 of Law No. 05L -031 for the General Administratorial Procedure, through voting in the circuit procedure on 08.02.2025, reveals this: For allowing voting in voters' polling with expired ID documents of the Republic of Kosovo”, the CEC's announcement reported
It is also said to be allowed voting at voters' polling with expired ID documents of the Republic of Kosovo, for regular elections for the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, to be held on February 8th and 9th 2025.
