Kamberi: Power in Serbia is concentrated on an elite, in Vuciqi case to him personally

The only Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, has spoken about recent riots in Serbia, where thousands of students are protesting Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq's regime.
