Based on that percentage, Muharremi says the PDK will have 24 mandates, LDK 20. AAK-N 8 and Minorities 20.

We have all the voting scenarios of the diaspora for LVV. So this is how many mandates the LVV gets if it wins 40%, 50%, 60%, 65%, 70% and 80%.
The most reliable model could be 60% 65%, both result in 48 mandates for LVV. In this case, PDK will have 24 mandates, LDK 20 AAK-N 8 and Minorities 20.
