LDK deputy chairman Hykmete Bajrami has reacted to the Kosovo government for the trade deficit.
She has said that the Government is not mentioning the facts, which indicate increasing the trade deficit, according to her over 30 billion.
“You can't talk about “successful in export” silent on imports. If you do that, either you don't understand the economy or you're trying to manipulate citizens.

According to the Kosovo Statistics Agency, our country continues to depend on imports, and the situation is alarming: In just one mandate of this government, the trade deficit has reached the level of the previous 10 years, because:
Economics do not develop without production. The economy does not develop without reform. The economy does not develop when the state budget is spent to buy votes.Note: Trade deficit occurs when a state imports more goods than exports. In other words, trade deficits show how much money citizens are ending up abroad because of their dependence on import.
