Haradinaj: Tara sée refused testimony but wanted to show manipulations with witness statements

Former Commander The KLA, Ismet Tara, has testified for two straight days at the Specialised Chambers in The Hague, while its statements have sparked reactions. Nasim Haradinaj stressed that this court continues to testify to its political and unilateral nature, trying to damage the KLA's image.

According to Haradinaj, Tara rightly sought to face his previous statement, which, according to him, had neither given nor ever signed.

He added that Tara did not refuse testimony, but insisted on highlighting manipulations with witness statements, especially those who refused to speak against U n CK's or shit.

For good reason Tara asked his statement, which I believe, never said or signed. Tara, wanted to testify and did not refuse to testify but wanted to show what they had manipulated with witness statements, especially those who could not talk against and slander. Tara has done very fair work, and is right to revolt”, Haradinaj said further.

He said the Judicial Chamber had to order the prosecution to publish those documents.

The prosecutor did not want to publish because what Tara said, they were manipulated, and the judge was not interested in revealing this”, Haradinaj said at RTK.
