Haradinaj meets Prattipat, talk political developments in country

Today, I waited for a working shift at the American Embassy in Pristina, Mrs. Annu Prattipati. We talked about the prosperity of the February 9th election process, current developments in Kosovo and the region, as well as further strengthening of the Kosovo strategic partnership- USA.

I stressed our firm stand for advancing democratic values and Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic orientation. Especially, the importance of direct NATO membership through the Action Plan, as the safest way to achieve our strategic goals for the country's security and prosperity.

I expressed my deep gratitude for the continued support the US has given Kosovo over the years. This strong partnership represents the best guarantee for Kosovo's secure future and the long-term stability of the region.
