Ferizaj: Banning a person for distribution and narcotics trading is required

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has requested from the Constitutional Court of this city, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure to suspects A.U., due to suspicion of criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analoge”.

In the media communiqué it becomes known that, according to the Prosecutor, there is a suspicion that on the basis of 24.02.2025, in Ferizaj, specifically in the apartment where he lives, the defendant, without authorisation, was deliberately possessed by the use of a narcotic substance of marijuana, in the manner that after the control of the Anti-droga Unit in his room, 42 bags of najlons with narcotic marijuana substance and a glass jar that was filled with suspected narcotics of brandic marijuana of a total gram.

Also, a digital and cash scale of a total 111 euros, which is seized by the police, with what it will carry out the criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances and analogue”.

The defendant A.U., since the 24th of February this year's State Prosecutor's decision, lies under the 48-hour ban on high-profile criminal acts.
