Sources for Top Channel Doris Hallic reporter suggest that she is Annuela Ristani, currently deputy mayor.
Veliaj has delegated the latter to the firm, thus taking office as mayor.
We remember that about 6 p.m. this Tuesday, Prime Minister Edi Rama was in the municipality, where he held a meeting with the governing staff, which lasted about 15 minutes.
Rama's visit to Tirana City Hall is second after Veliaj's arrest, while there was a meeting at the institution this morning.
