At the marathon session, which lasted about 7 hours held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025, the JKKO decided to leave the measure of security in prison for Tirana's mayor.
The move on Veliaj's wife, Ayla Xoxa, has been changed from house arrest to forced presentation twice a month, as well as receiving passports.
Veliaj stayed the night before in Tirana's Security Block, as the session ended late and the execution of the measure for detention is not carried out so late.
