Today, a woman has lost her life in Podujevo after a brutal attack by wandering dogs tragedy that should never happen again!
It's a shame for all of us, for all institutions; it's an inability to have our citizens die 26 years after the war.
It is time for action to take steps. Leave the strategies, leave the tenders, because so far all the efforts fragmented in municipalities have failed.
The incumbent prime minister should urgently invite the Communist Association meeting, the government in office must allocate funds, appoint tasks and responsibilities for relevant institutions, set deadlines for treatment of stray dogs to start immediately, at the country level.
I repeat: This problem must be addressed urgently!
Tragedys like this day should go, not without institutional reaction, and I'm not talking about written statements, but concrete actions. After all, what do we need institutions if they cannot provide security to citizens outside their courtyard?
