DnV: CEC failed to drag the process on parties due to election results

Eugen Cakoli from Democracy to Action has spoken of the February 9th elections, preliminary results, parties won MPs, final results, the influence of diaspora votes on the election outcome and the opportunity to go to new elections.

He says the CEC has failed and that comes for two reasons.
