Eugen Cakoli from KDI has published the list with the number of ballot papers that will be counted municipality for municipality.
This is the list of municipalities, of which are voters who have sent their ballots by mail, within the country's voting. These votes, in the CNR, will be counted municipality for municipality. It should be noted, however, that the diaspora as a demographic structure is not that heterogenous, so it would also be somewhat strange (and perhaps infertile) any very different result from votes on diplomatic missions, because the end, we're talking about the same socio-cultural group within different states”. From the published list, notes that the largest number of balloting is in Prizren, totaling 4 thousand and 901, Pristina with 4 thousand and 851 leaflets, Gjilan with 4 thousand 480 ballot papers, Peja with 4 thousand and 362 ballot papers, and Gjakova with 4 thousand and 156 ballot papers.
