The event occurred after the end of the trial hearing against Huseyin Akkurt, one of those accused of killing Kosovo boxer Besar Nimani, who was killed on 9 March last year.
Two people were first arrested but released after it was found they had no connection with the shooting and were part of the family that was shot.
Lawyers Lutz Klose and Jan-Christian Hochmann have confirmed their release.
Police are also looking for Besar Nimani's brother as suspects after witnesses claimed they saw him and his sister leaving the scene in a black car.
Participants in the court noted that both left the courtroom prematurely, which has raised doubts about them.
