Safet Bajri is taught in the courtroom that he has denied his involvement in the murder of Ibrahim Lici 7 years ago in the town of Shkodra.
Safet Bajri was arrested on Friday in Shkodra at the order of the SPAK and later transferred from special forces to Tirana.
