The new system, called Import Control System 2 (ICS2), will begin to be implemented by April 1st 2025.
This system aims to improve EU security and customs supervision for goods entering its territory.
Under new demands, all rail and road carriers will have to declare goods data in pre-achievements, through the Complete Declaration of the Summary of (ENS) Login.
