“We can confuse the aggressor and victim”, the future German Chancellor alongside Ukraine

Germany's next Chancellor, Friedrich Merz, has declared standing by Ukraine in good and difficult times. He adds that he cannot compare the aggressor to the victim, a reaction that was initiated by the meeting between Trump and Zelensky today, which was closed without an agreement.

In an X post, Merz addresses Ukraine's president in support.

Dear Voldemort Zelensky, we stay with Ukraine in good times and in evidence. We should never confuse the aggressor and victim in this terrible fight”, he said.
