“We should not spare any attempts to end this conflict and achieve a fair and lasting peace in line with the UN Charter, international law and resolutions of the General Assembly,” he said at a UN Human Rights Council summit in Geneva, repeating that Russia's actions in February 2022 violated the UN body's founding document, Reuters reports.
