In one of the conversations Paparaci holds, which was launched during corruption investigations against Nagip Krasniqi, on the platform whatsapp, the prime minister instructed former chief leader Nagip Krasniqi directly to download to KEK.

Also involved in this close group of people of power, as documented by conversations in the Whatsapp, is Milot Kelmendi, adviser to Minister Artane Rizvanolli. He, too, is close to Nagip Krasniqi.
In 2022, he had attended a meeting between northern Macedonia's Electrics (ESM) and KEK, along with Krasniqi.
