This news has been confirmed by CEC spokesman Valmir Elez, who has said this move on the part of this institution is being done in order to boost transparency for the election process.
Furthermore, according to him, these forms have been completed at the Municipal Counting Centre, in which the number of votes of candidates for MPs have been counted and the results of political subjects have been verified by the forms of results that have been completed at the polls on February 9th.
With the aim of increasing transparency for the election process, the Central Election Commission has started publishing results forms for political subjects and candidates from the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Elections, held on February 9, 2025. These forms have been completed at the Municipal Counting Centre during the process of counting the votes of candidates for MPs and verifying the results of political subjects from polling forms”, Elesi told Express newspaper.
According to Elez, publishing the KKN forms according to municipalities is a continuous process. After counting, the completed forms are scanned and the same are gradually published on the CEC Web site.
“Explaining that this publication is not a statement of final results, but these are forms of completed results at the Municipal Counting Centres by the counting teams and all concerned can see the results of any polling site by delining copies of the” forms, he said.
But, because when the CEC will announce the final results, this institution has not given any rough date, but only indicated the procedures they will follow.
The election process's final resolutions, announced by the CEC after the completion of all ballotings from regular polling; ballotings from the conditional vote; balloting of persons with special needs; balloting from votes outside Kosovo; setting out for evental complaints by PZAP and the Supreme Court; and after completing all procedures in the QNR<1>, Elez said.
