All polling stations have been opened on time, at 7: 00 a.m., the Central Election Commission has announced.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said details of the process.
“Based on information so far, at all polling stations in Kosovo, at 903 with a total of 2533 seats has begun the voting process.
He said that in addition to regular voting, as you know, the CEC has assigned 38 polling stations, from one to every municipality.
At the opening of the deployments, even the head of the CEC, Kreshnik Radoniqi, while voting in Pec has called for calm process as he invited political subjects and candidates to respect the election rules.
He also disclosed that the voting process in the diaspora has gone well and no problem.
Radoniqi said some 15 thousand people in the diaspora have voted in diplomatic representation, without including through mail.
