The director of the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Partys, Besnik Buzhala, at today's CEC meeting, said the envelopes were cancelled because in some of them there were only voter registration and not ballot registration.
On the other hand, he said counting votes for candidates for deputies at municipal counting centres has started in 18 municipalities, meanwhile, in eight more will start today.
According to him, delays in other municipalities are occurring due to technical problems. However, CEC members asked the Secretariat to have a plan B if the system fell off and the manual counting started.
