That's how CEC spokesman Valmir Elez made it known.
“From February 9th, when the assessment or verification of ballot balloting from outside Kosovo has begun and until February 21st, the process has been submitted to 54,409 packages, of which 51,140 have already been approved, 3,269<18x1>, said CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi.
The reason why these shipments were rejected is that they were sent from persons who were canceled during the census outside Kosovo; they lack registration policy; they have been sent more than once; they have sent more than one ballot; etc.”, Elezi said.
The number of Kosovo citizens registered to vote abroad has been 104 thousand and 924 people.
Of them, 20,000 and 324 people were registered for voting in diplomatic representations, where a total of 15 thousand and 352 citizens have voted. Meanwhile, 84 thousand and 600 Kosovo citizens were registered for voting through mail.
